I'm actually pretty scared of what I might find! haha I've got a HUGE archive of old photos that I haven't looked at in a really long time.
So...
haha! What do you know. It's a photo of (giant) brownie cupcakes I made for my girlfriend of many years (think pre-school till now) on her birthday while we were studying in Brisbane together! (: And yes, her name is Sophie.
I remember the hard time I had trying to create icing from trial and error, it ended up not being as smooth as I expected..but it was YUM. We attempted to surprise her with it, but I guess she was already onto us (: Good times, good times. I think the best memories I have, and will always have..are those from my university days. I made amazing friends from my time in Australia, friends that I know I can keep for life (:
